Pro Tip: For multi-pair orders, try on one pair first and keep the others unopened. This way, if you need a different size, you can exchange all unopened pairs.

Quality Assurance: We take pride in our craftsmanship, but nobody's perfect. On the rare chance you receive a pair with manufacturing defects like large seam issues or shipping damage, we'll replace it free of charge. Just let us know and we'll make it right.

Please note: For hygiene reasons and intimate wear regulations, we cannot accept returns for refunds or exchange opened underwear. All sales are final after the 30-day exchange window or after your exchange.
