99-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee

Buy with confidence. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll exchange your order within 99 days of delivery.

  • Try on one pair first and keep the rest sealed.
  • If that pair isn’t right, keep it. Please do not ship worn underwear back to us. We’ll still give you full exchange value for that pair.
  • All remaining pairs must be unworn, unwashed, and unopened to qualify for exchange.
  • Exchange for a different size or underwear style.
  • Your first fit exchange is complimentary.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds.

The Details

  • Only one tried-on pair per order is eligible for full exchange value.
  • Additional exchanges on the same order may be subject to shipping and handling fees.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and are not available solely to change colors.

99-Day Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our product, but nobody’s perfect. If a pair has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, contact us within 99 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Normal wear, including pilling and fading from regular use and washing, is not covered.

Fair Use

Our guarantees are designed to help customers find the right fit and to stand behind the quality of our product. Kumori reserves the right to limit or deny requests where we believe a policy is being misused or abused.
