These SMS Terms govern the Kumori text message program. By opting in you agree to these terms. They are in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The program
Kumori operates a recurring text message program that sends promotions, new product drops, restock alerts, giveaway and contest updates, order and shipping notifications, and customer service replies to the mobile number you provide.
How to opt in
You can join by entering your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on a Kumori sign-up form, giveaway entry form, or at checkout, or by texting a keyword to our number where advertised. In every case you must affirmatively agree, for example by ticking a consent box, before we send you marketing texts.
By opting in you give Kumori your prior express written consent to send you recurring automated marketing text messages at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. You confirm that you are the subscriber or the customary user of that number and that you are at least 18 years old.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy from Kumori without ever joining the text program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly 4 to 8 messages per month, and more around launches, sales, and promotions you have entered.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Kumori does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further marketing texts to that number. You may also email us at the address below to be removed.
If you have opted into more than one Kumori text program, replying STOP may only cancel the program that sent the message. Contact us if you want to be removed from all of them.

Giveaways and contests
Some Kumori promotions ask you to agree to receive texts as part of entering. Where that is the case, a free alternative method of entry that does not require agreeing to texts is always available and is described in that promotion's official rules. Opting out of texts at any time does not affect an entry you have already submitted, and does not affect your chances of winning.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The program is available on most major U.S. carriers, and carrier participation can change without notice.
Your number and your privacy
We use your mobile number to run the text program described here. We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do share it with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know so that we do not send messages to someone who did not ask for them.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
