NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

Kumori LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, 4777 Leyden St, A11, Denver, CO 80216 ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is not administered by or associated with any social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

(a) Online Entry. During the Entry Period, visit https://kumorico.com/pages/giveaway and complete the entry form with your first and last name, a valid email address, and a valid U.S. mobile telephone number. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit. Entry is free.

Online entrants must also consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor at the telephone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. See Section 12.

(b) Alternative Method of Entry (no consent required). To enter without providing consent to receive text messages, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to: Kumori LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 4777 Leyden St, A11, Denver, CO 80216. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 12, 2026 and received by September 19, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Entries submitted by this method receive the same chance of winning as online entries.

(c) Limit. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries are deduplicated by telephone number. Entries received in excess of this limit will be void. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or multiple email addresses or telephone numbers to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, late, lost, misdirected, or that do not conform to these Official Rules are void.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a "Lifetime Supply" of Kumori underwear, consisting of twenty (20) pairs of Kumori underwear in the winner's selected size (S, M, L, XL, or XXL) and available styles and colors, subject to availability at time of fulfillment. Shipping within the United States is included.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $640.00 USD, based on a per-pair retail price of $32.00.

Total ARV of all prizes: $640.00 USD.

The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor beyond Sponsor's standard product warranty. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and for any expenses not expressly listed above.

"Lifetime supply" is a promotional description of the prize described in this Section 5 and does not represent an ongoing or perpetual entitlement to product.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, to be conducted on or about September 13, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.

The potential winner will be notified by email and by text message at the address and number provided at entry. The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize, and provide a valid U.S. shipping address and size selection, within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time stated, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a subsequent random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not obligated to conduct more than three (3) alternate drawings, after which the prize may go unawarded.

Prize will be shipped within approximately thirty (30) days of confirmation. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://kumorico.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. California residents have additional rights as described therein.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications; technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or other failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, including because of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, the state in which Sponsor is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado. Entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied.

12. SMS Terms

By providing your telephone number and checking the consent box on the entry form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Kumori at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You may opt out at any time without affecting your entry. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 13. Platform Release

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any such platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any platform.

14. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Kumori LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Winner List, 4777 Leyden St, A11, Denver, CO 80216, to be received no later than December 1, 2026.
